2. Description of Service
Lingually provides cross-lingual web chat, real-time bidirectional translation, and conversational language learning tools. The service is currently offered in preview and beta cohorts.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lingually to transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or infrastructure.
4. Beta Program & Service Availability
During early access and beta phases, features may evolve rapidly. We strive for maximum uptime, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, design assets, and proprietary translation interfaces are the intellectual property of Lingually.
